AND Fragrances was created by Arjumand Asghar. She discovered her love for natural fragrances while living in New York City and started creating scents inspired by stories from her Pakistani and Burmese heritage and namesake, Empress Mumtaz Mahal. 
 

AND perfumes are made with minimal ingredients and certified organic essential oils. Your selected scent is blended, bottled and packaged made-to-order.
